Now that you are on the road to collecting your ideas in one place, it’s time to move on and set yourself up so that you can start writing something everyday using those ideas. Figuring out where you feel most comfortable to write is important because it will help your productivity. I know some writers who have to work in the same space every day or else it throws off their creative flow. For others, their work space could change from day to day because they feel it depends on their mood at the time they are able to sit down and work. For these writers, nothing is set in stone. Your workspace is for you to decide so that you can get the most out of your time spent writing.
The other thing that goes along with where you are able to do your best work is when you do you best work. Are you an early morning person, a night owl or someone in between? It really depends on what time of day you are most productive. In addition, it also can depend on when you have the time to sit down and focus on writing. In everybody’s crazy lives, sometimes it’s hard to find any free time. This is when you have to become flexible and write whenever it’s possible for you to do so.
Being a writer is possible. You have to figure out for yourself where and when works best for you. I am most productive when sitting at my desk upstairs or sitting out on our porch at the table (when it’s not in the 90s). I normally work on my creative projects or writing courses in the morning. It’s my time of day when I am able to really focus on what I need to do.
For those of you who have been writing, what is your where & when?
For those of you who are new to writing, where will you work and when is the best time of day for your productivity?
Share what works for you.
As always, thanks for stopping by!! 🌞

It's been awhile since I have posted which makes me sad. I am trying to get back into the swing of things with writing and blogging in addition to completing a Medical Billing & Coding course I have been working on for a number of months now. I realize the course isn't an excuse to not do the other things I want to do. The unfortunate thing is that it seems when I am not working on the course or studying, I feel guilty. I am trying to be better about not feeling guilty and splitting up my time throughout the day which led me to writing this post. I am pledging to set aside 15 min. each day to do some writing and other time slots will be set aside to be used for other projects, like photo sorting and negative scanning to name a couple of things. It seems there just isn't enough time in a day to do everything we want to do. How do you make time in your day for everything? Any suggestions on time management? I think we can all use a little help with that. Sha
Hello, my name is Angela and this is my first blog post. My blog is going to be about two of my favorite things, Writing and Reading. I am going to share what I have learned through the research that I have done for my own ongoing journey to become a better writer. I will talk about books from all different genres and hope to get more people to remember why they loved reading so they will get back to it again. I am excited that you are here!!
